About the Role
The Vice President, People is a backfill within the People team and will be a key member of the People Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, Kelly Connors, this role will have global responsibility over the strategic direction for People Systems & Technology, Data & Analytics, Process Optimization, Policy & Compliance, and People Support functions. This role requires a leader with a rich blend of experience, across a range of companies at varied stages of growth and maturity; a leader who knows what great looks like (from a systems, infrastructure, and process perspective) in a scaled organization, and can develop and drive a team to innovate towards the future of work.

Requirements
8+ years experience working across a diverse portfolio of companies and industries.
You have experience with complex global corporate structures and understand how best to lead people systems, technology, and processes in a global environment.
You are an experienced leader with the capability of understanding the lowest level of detail and demonstrating a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done.
You’re adept at leading the work of a team, delegating and assigning work, and owning team outcomes. You combine the need to empower a team with the understanding that delegation should be relative to capability to ensure success.
You are deeply passionate about People data accuracy and integrity. You ensure that People systems and processes are designed to collect and produce reliable and accurate people data at all times.
You excel at process management, process documentation, and ensuring that processes receive regular review and auditing to be in a state of regular improvement.
You have hands-on experience leading People administrative processes such as compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee data.
You thrive in environments where you can use your super powers of strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment.
You have proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
You exercise discretion and show good judgment; honesty, integrity, and trust-building behaviors in all dealings.
Legal ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

If you're a morning person and want to start at 5am or need to be offline to pickup kids from school, that's fine! As this is a collaborative role, however, you will need to mostly be available during regular US business hours.
Compensation
$200,000-$275,000 DOE
CA Note: Disclosure as required by SB 1162, Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act (9/27/2022), of the salary range that we reasonably expect to pay for the position in California.
CO Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8/5/2020) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired in Colorado.
NYC Note: Disclosure as required by 2022/032 (1/15/2022) of the minimum and maximum salary offered for any position located within New York City.
