Employmetrics™ is a global People Operations Consultancy offering embedded and project-based services. We are an award-winning, future-oriented organization. We launched in 2014 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin intending to help companies better understand and utilize their most important assets - their people - through improved strategies, practices, and data applications. Over the next 5 years, we opened additional offices in Chicago, New York City, Cupertino (San Francisco), London, Paris, and Melbourne. In 2019, we decided to go fully remote and closed all physical office locations, though we still consider Milwaukee our home and HQ. We are privately owned by our 5 Partners and have not accepted outside funding, giving us the freedom to continue creating the company as we see fit without worrying about VCs pulling our strings. Now celebrating 10 years in business, we have grown nearly 10,000% and our work has helped shape some of the best startups, scale-ups, and enterprise organizations worldwide. Our business model is rather unique. We have zero sales staff, do zero marketing, and only work with fully engaged businesses within our extended client network.
