Employmetrics™ is an award-winning, future-oriented organization. We launched in 2014 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Over the next 5 years, we opened additional offices in Chicago, New York City, Cupertino (San Francisco), London, and Paris. In 2019, we decided to go fully remote and closed all physical office locations. We were ready for COVID before it even existed and had already mastered the remote workplace model! We currently have nearly 400 contributors around the globe. We were female-founded and are proud to have been honored as one of the Best Companies for Women to Advance® by Parity® in 2021, 2022, and 2023 as well as becoming Purpose Certified in 2023. We are privately owned by our 5 Partners and have not accepted outside funding, giving us the freedom to continue creating the company as we see fit without worrying about VCs pulling our strings. As a company, we put people first and deeply value our connection to one another. While we'd never say "we're a family" (red flag alert!), we truly are friends. Whether brainstorming as colleagues, competing over a virtual game, or out for a drink, being connected remains key.

We pay attention to data, facts, and the story behind the stats. Decisions without data are just guesses. But we also know that data doesn't always present the full picture. Afterall, only 14.3% of Snow White's dwarfs are Happy, but that doesn't mean the rest are sad!
