About the Role
Project Managers are highly visible, working with clients and internal contributors. Our Project Managers are great collaborators who get shit done. A day in the life of a Project Manager is rarely the same but involves scheduling, meeting with clients, technology implementation, writing SOWs, contributing to thought leadership, planning, managing budgets, managing resources, training, presenting, brainstorming, and more. This role requires excellent communication, impeccable organization, and attention to details.
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or other relevant subject.
Native-level mastery of the English language, including proper comma and apostrophe usage.
Advanced technical abilities such as proficiency in a coding language, Excel/Numbers skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), deep understanding of People-related systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), experience creating dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI, or some combination thereof.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and say "no" without burning bridges.
Availability to work during regular North American business hours*.
3+ years experience in People or Operations.
Current PMP, SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR certifications are all huge pluses!
Legal ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

If you're a morning person and want to start at 5am or need to be offline to pickup kids from school, that's fine! As this is a client-facing role, however, you will need to be available during regular business hours in your region to meet or work with your portfolio clients.
